This is the happy boy I've always known.

The kind and caring boy that is growing right before our very eyes.

Earlier this month, I spent 3 days with a great group of people who all shared a passion for photography. 

In particular, we all came together to learn more about FILM and how to shoot it along with a great deal of other knowledge 

- taught by a very talented guy called Jonathan Canlas.

Over the coming weeks, I'm looking forward to sharing some favourite photos that I took during the FIND workshop 

and hope you love the look and feel that film offers.

Meet my fabulous neighbours!

It really is a lovely feeling to know you have a great family living next to you.

In fact, we have 2 great families as neighbours.

The best part is, that when our 2 boys get to play with these 3 boys and also the 2 other little boys from next door, well then it's one male dominated little street!

Anyway, I had the pleasure of photographing the McMahons recently.

Earlier this year, Kate, Danny and their adorable son Darcy, modelled for me at a Photography Workshop that I was teaching.

On a recent visit to Kate, I was thrilled to see the canvas that she had ordered for her home - the only tough decision was where to hang it.

Either way, it looks fabulous and will bring a smile to their faces each time they walk past it.

Out and About - Bulimba

Today, as I sat inside working around the house, I realised it was too beautiful not to be outside soaking up the sun on this glorious winter's day.

I grabbed my 5D2 along with a 50mm f1.4 lens and went for a drive to the suburb of Bulimba where I took a stroll along the boardwalk.

Just a brief moment in my day that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I think I'll have to do this more often.
